Stephen ChavezTechnical Product Manager

Chef Stephen Chavez is the Technical Product Manager where he uses his years of culinary experience to innovate new products and ideas for customers, and social media. He leads corporate trainings and demonstrations both at trade shows and in-house. He has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years working in bakeries, restaurants, and as a private chef. He spent 14 years as an instructor of culinary, pastry, and academics at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Los Angeles. He specializes in both fine dining quality food, and pastry, and loves both sides of the culinary world equally. In general, Chef Chavez loves nothing more than to share his years of culinary knowledge and experience with anyone interested in learning more about food and pastry.
