Blake worked in Macrina’s Retail Pastry Department for three years before being tapped to head Macrina’s new Food Safety Department in 2014. Blake oversees the food safety plan, equipment maintenance and facilities. Under Blake’s guidance, Macrina’s Food Safety program has helped the bakery obtain a wider community of customers, while maintaining compliance to customer audits and food safety regulatory agencies. Blake is a member of Macrina’s leadership team and has recently added oversight of Retail Pastry to his list of responsibilities.
