Can I credit my 2020 registration to Artisan Bakery Expo 2021?

How can I request a refund or credit for my Artisan Bakery Expo 2020 registration?
1) To credit your registration fee to Artisan Bakery Expo 2021, March 16-18, 2021 at Las Vegas Convention Center, please contact Kristen.Novick@EmeraldX.com. The deadline for credit requests is May 1, 2020.
2) To request a full refund, please contact Registration Customer Service on or before May 1, 2020:

Is there a deadline for registration credit and refund requests?
Yes. May 1, 2020, is the deadline to request a full refund, or to credit your registration to Artisan Bakery Expo 2021 (March 16-18, 2021). Requests received after this date will not be eligible for refund or credit.
How can I cancel my hotel reservations?
If you booked hotel accommodations in the Artisan Bakery Expo hotel block via our official housing vendor, onPeak, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you booked a hotel reservation outside the onPeak system and the Artisan Bakery Expo block, you must cancel/transfer your hotel reservation on your own.
How can I cancel my flight?
Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. We strongly recommend cancelling your flight as soon as possible.
